Our Dongles and Software require your system to have a USB 2 Port.
Newer computers/laptops are available with USB 3, you can identify these by the color of the port itself, if the port is blue then it is a USB 3 and will not work directly with your Dongle and Software. You will need to buy a USB 3 to USB 2 Port adapter.
